Founded in 1931, Ole Hansen & Sons began its legacy with the building of roads, bridges and pipelines throughout New Jersey. After nearly 60 years in the heavy construction industry, our vision and core business transitioned to capitalize on the company's significant real estate holdings and acquisitions and leverage the company's expertise in those areas.
