Roger
B. Hansen began his career with Ole Hansen & Sons, Inc. at age
twelve sweeping the shop floors during his summer breaks from school.
He continued to work with the company every summer until he graduated
from Lafayette College in 1965 with a degree in industrial
engineering. Upon graduation, Roger went to work as an industrial
engineer for Ingersoll-Rand in Phillipsburg, New Jersey. In 1967, after
serving a term with the United States Army Reserve, Hansen returned
full-time to the family business as an operating engineer.
Working his way up through the ranks, Roger became responsible for the operation of the Atlantic Utility Construction Company, a subsidiary of Ole Hansen & Sons, Inc., and in 1974 he became Executive Vice-President of the Company. In 1978, he was elected President, assuming responsibility for all Company operations and, in 1982, became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
Roger, recognizing business opportunities as well as the needs of our geographic area, transformed the Company's focus from heavy construction to real estate development. Under his direction, Ole Hansen & Sons, Inc. successfully ventured into new areas. As a result of Roger's strong leadership and forward thinking, the Company currently parents several divisions located in Southern New Jersey including, Hidden Creek Golf Club, a private golf club, Atlantic City Transportation Center, OHS Sand & Gravel Company and Margate Bridge Company. The company’s real estate division actively manages twelve properties and coordinates the purchase and sale of property throughout Atlantic County.
Roger is extremely active in civic, community and charitable organizations. He serves as Emeritus Trustee of AtlantiCare Health Systems and is an Emeriti Trustee for Lafayette College. He serves on the board of The Peddie School, he is past Chairman of the Board of Atlantic City Medical Center, a past President of the Atlantic Area Boy Scouts of America, and a past Director of the United Way of Atlantic County.
In addition to his passion for golf and fervor for
Harley Davidson motorcycles, he is an adventure motorcycle rider on his
BMW, riding the Silk Road, the continental Divide, Japan, and the Pan
American Highway from Los Angeles to Tierra del Fuego. Roger is an avid
skier and mountain hiker. He resides in Jupiter, Florida, with his
wife Edwina. They have two daughters, Jennifer and Erika, two
granddaughters, Mia and Lila, and two grandsons, Jaden and Jackson.

David Goddard President/Chief Executive Officer In June of 1993, Ole Hansen & Sons liquidated its
Heavy Construction Division to focus on the development of its land
holdings in Atlantic County. David supervised the administration and
operations of the Company's real estate development projects which
included planning, regulatory approvals, and project construction. His
expertise was instrumental in the development of the Blue Heron Pines
East and West Golf Clubs and residential communities in Galloway
Township, New Jersey. At the same time, he maintained responsibility
for the Company's mining activities, maintenance of the company-owned
Margate Bridge and Causeway, and various operational aspects of Company
holdings. David graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and a certified Professional Planner in New Jersey. He serves as a Trustee on the AtlantiCare Health Services Board, Greater Atlantic City Chamber of Commerce, and NJ Golf Course Owners Association. He is a past president of the American Society of Highway Engineers’ Southern New Jersey Chapter, and is a past Chairman of the Galloway Township Economic Development Committee. He has actively participated in fundraising campaigns for the United Way of Atlantic County for many years, including serving as the 2008 Campaign General Chairman. David serves as an Elder at the Beacon Evangelical Free Church in Galloway Township, New Jersey. David enjoys golf, boating, and coaching youth sports in
Galloway Township. He resides in Smithville, New Jersey with his wife,

Michael Lentz CFO/Corporate Treasurer In 1987, Michael became Corporate Secretary while remaining the Corporate Controller. As the Company's focus turned toward real estate development in the early 1990s, Michael was promoted to Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer assuming overall responsibility for all financial aspects of the Company. He relinquished his position as Corporate Secretary to another member of the Ole Hansen & Sons, Inc. management team in 1998, but continues to act as Corporate Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Safety Officer. Michael’s current responsibilities include oversight of the areas of Accounting, Payroll/Human Resources, Information Technology and Safety, with direct responsibility for Financial Controls, Treasury/Cash Management, Budgeting/Forecasting, Insurance/Loss Control, Lease/Tenant Relations and financial oversight of the Company’s various operating businesses. Michael, a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Lawrenceville, New Jersey's Rider College (now Rider University), earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting in 1982. In 1996, he received a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Monmouth University in West Long Branch, New Jersey. Michael plays an integral role in the Company's commitment to “give back to the community” by actively partaking in many civic and charitable organizations. He is a past Treasurer, Secretary and Vice President of the Mainland Jaycees. He is a past Vice President and Treasurer of the Literacy Volunteers of America Cape-Atlantic, Inc. He has also served on an Allocations Panel for the United Way of Atlantic County and currently serves as a member of the United Way’s Finance Committee. Michael resides in Galloway Township with his wife, Sherri, and their daughter, Taylor and son, Michael, Jr. His interests include spending time with his family, boating, fishing, snow skiing, water skiing, golfing, scuba diving, gardening and camping. He derives much satisfaction by being involved in his children’s activities. He is a Cub Scout Leader, as well as a coach, past and present, in youth baseball, football and basketball. Jennifer Hansen Director of Real Estate Development While growing up in Northfield, New Jersey, Jennifer attended the Williston Northampton Boarding School in Easthampton, Massachusetts before beginning her college years at Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont. She furthered her studies at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado and ultimately graduated from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in anthropology/sociology. Jennifer also completed Harvard University’s Owner President Manager (OPM) Key Executive Program and the Families in Business Program. In 1996, Jennifer relocated to Newport Beach, California to accept a position as a program coordinator and document controller for Vendor Surveillance Corporation. She also acted as internal auditor for the company’s ISO 9000 Certification Program. In 1998, she returned to New Jersey to join the family business. Jennifer started her adult career with Ole Hansen & Sons as an IT support technician and then moved on to work in the real estate development department. When Ole Hansen & Sons began development of a new upscale private golf club, Jennifer took responsibility for the project. Until September of 2005 she served as President and General Manager of the exquisite Hidden Creek Golf Club located in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. Jennifer has dedicated much time in the field of drug addiction
and recovery with unyielding devotion. As a recovering addict of several
years, she supports many individuals and groups by sharing her own
story—offering them strength and hope to face the future. Jennifer is a
board member of the Hendricks House, a substance abuse treatment halfway
house in Vineland, New Jersey, and is President of the Hansen Foundation. Jennifer’s
dream to develop a much-needed addiction
rehabilitation facility in Atlantic County came to fruition
with the opening of the
Hansen House, a twenty-nine bed halfway house for men in the
fall
of 2004. The twenty-nine bed Hansen House for women opened
in November
of 2005. Jennifer is Founder and President of the Hansen
House which is
operated by the Hendricks House. In 2007, Jennifer opened
the Serenity House in Absecon to assist with the next phase of
treatment, sober supportive living. In 2010, another Serenity House with
another 9 beds was added in Pleasantville. Jennifer oversees management
of both Serenity Houses. She currently hosts two fundraisers annually
to raise money for these organizations: the Hendricks/Hansen Partnership
for Recovery Annual Charity Golf Tournament and the Street Life
Concert. Jennifer’s leisure interests include sailing, fishing, scuba diving, water skiing, snow
skiing, golf, tennis and travel. Jennifer resides in
